Full Stack Developer

Primary job role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing product development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong learning mindset, a positive attitude, and a passion for building scalable web applications using modern technologies.

This position is direct hire, no third parties please.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and product features.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React JS.
• Build robust backend services and APIs using Python.
• Work with MongoDB and PyMongo for data storage and management.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions and cloud-native services.
• Participate in application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in Azure environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in React JS.
• Strong backend development experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with MongoDB and PyMongo.
• Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Services, and cloud deployment practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures.
• Understanding of Git-based source control and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Not required, but a strong plus

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences domains is an advantage.
